Join RCHS for a new series, History Revealed, featuring the best of local history authors talking about a wide range of topics drawn from the heritage and traditions of Ramsey County. See our History Revealed page here for more programs, past and future.
James Marrinan and Bonnie Lindberg will be available to take a look at the antiques and historic pieces that you have in your family. Not an appraisal service, James and Bonnie will help you decipher the history and background of your treasures, and will offer you information on its historic connections, helping you dig deeper into the stories behind your items. Please see notes below for the types of items that will or will not be accepted.
Reservations required to bring items, please reserve by April 10. Spectators welcome, you do not need to reserve.
James and Bonnie will help you with your paintings, art prints, stamps, books, coins, advertising items, penny banks, pottery, small furniture, hardware, hand tools, and other items. If you have a question on what you would like to bring, please contact RCHS at robyn@rchs.com or 651-222-0701.
Item Requirements
- Items must be below 36” in the largest dimension.
- For larger items, photos are acceptable.
- Do not bring complete sets of china, flatware, etc., one or two pieces will be sufficient!
- Up to 3 items per person/couple.
Do Not Bring:
- Large items bigger than 36” in any dimension,
- Dolls
- Weapons (including swords or knives)
- Firearms
- Gems
- Jewelry
- Perishable or poisonous items (such as old medicines, food containers with expired food items, paints or chemicals, including chemistry sets)
Landmark Center does not allow weapons, firearms or chemicals on the premises.
You may bring a bag lunch. Anita’s Café is also available in the main level of Landmark Center for lunch.
Registration: Registration and attendance is free. Please fill out the Registration Form here and list the items you would like to bring. Or contact RCHS at membership@rchs.com or 651-222-0701. All items must be pre-registered. Please register by April 10.
