Four- and five-year-olds are some of our favorite visitors to Gibbs Farm – everything is new and exciting! We are thrilled to welcome these young friends to our Winter Peewee Mini Camps! These two-hour programs will cover a variety of topics from nature and history. Activities will include exploring the restored prairie and following animal tracks through the snow, a lesson in the one-room schoolhouse, reading cozy stories, taking an up-close look at snowflakes, learning about how the Gibbs family harvested ice at Lake Como, and caring for the Gibbs Farm birds!

These programs are perfect for preschoolers who enjoy being outdoors and are ready for short, independent adventures.

Winter sessions are offered on a varied schedule of some Monday afternoons and Thursday mornings January through March 2027. 2027 Winter PeeWee Sessions

$30 per session. Members of the Ramsey County Historical Society receive a 10% discount.

These mini summer camps are a perfect introduction for 4 & 5 year-olds who are ready for some independent fun!  Each session covers different topics relating to nature, historic Dakota seasonal life, and early Minnesota farm life in the 1800s. Each camp session includes a make and take activity, story time, a snack, and spending time outside!  Peewees play games, color, sing songs, and visit our farm animals.

Summer PeeWee Sessions are on Wednesdays and Fridays and run from 9:30am-11:30am.
