Brews in the Barn: Pioneer Beer and Brewing in St. Paul

Tom Schroeder, proprietor of Waldmann’s Brewery & Wurstery, will be offering a very special presentation and beer tasting at Gibbs Farm.

Tom will be discussing the styles and techniques of the beers and ales that the pioneers brewed on their farms and small businesses. He will also be offering tastings of a selection of the beers and ales that Waldmann Brewery is creating, some of which revive traditional styles.

This event is open to all ages but we will be carding anyone who wants to participate in the sampling.
Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
Non-alcoholic beverages and other refreshments will be available.
And sample grains and hops for any under-age youth – or any adults – will be available for all who want to try tasting them!

Tickets are $15.00 per person, $10.00 for RCHS and Gibbs Farm members.
Tickets include presentation, beverages and reception.
