Help us gather and preserve some of the late summer bounty of herbs and flowers. We will pick, wash and bundle herbs from the Gardens at Gibbs. We will also press some flowers for use in crafts and dyes this winter.  Try your hand at a couple different preservation methods, and take home a couple bundles of herbs to dry or use fresh. Taste some wild bergamot and chamomile tea and a variety of infused waters!
