Fall Grounds and Gardens Tour

Join us for the second Grounds and Gardens tour of the year! As the Minnesota growing season comes to an end, this tour will make stops in our heritage orchard, restored prairie, and crop garden. As we walk through the site the group will pick some of our seasonal bounty to take home. After harvesting fresh produce we will taste some historic and modern style preserved foods.
Program Manager, Clare will share the historical context of our gardens and talk about our focus on period appropriate heirloom and native plants. This tour can be enjoyed whether you have a little or a lot of garden and farm experience!
Ticket price includes beer, cider or wine and NA beverages, plus a light snack and some seasonal samples.
This is an outdoor tour and will not be held in the case of storms or extreme heat. Ticket holders will have the opportunity to attend a rescheduled tour or receive a refund if the event is canceled.
